Hi Year One, Congratulations on a WONDERFUL blog! I just love France. I love the way the language sounds (ooh la la!) and the food. I remember eating frog's legs. They tasted like chicken! I kept the little bones and stuck them in my travel diary. I ate snails there too. They mostly just tasted like butter and garlic because that's what they were cooked in. I also LOVE the cheese! When you go to a grocery shop in France they have a whole entire aisle full of cheeses - all different types. They say that France has over 500 different types of cheese! I can't wait to see where you go next on your blog. Keep it up, it's great! Love, Mrs Mead
